Event Terms and Conditions
DGTrials reserves the right to change event details, requirements, prices, and/or other critical information at any time with or without notice to the entrant, driver, or other participant(s).
DGTrials event fees (money paid to DGTrials by an entrant) are refundable under the following conditions and/or circumstances:
- 15 days or more prior to an event, full refunds will be given for any circumstance or reason.
- 7 days or more prior to an event, DGTrials will issue refunds, witholding 15% of the entry fee(s).
- Less than 7 days prior to an event, DGTrials will issue refunds, witholding 30% of the entry fee(s).
- On the day of the event or later, 100% of event fees are NON-refundable.
- Refunds will not be given if an entrant is pre-registered but fails to pass technical inspection.
- Refunds for gate-entries who fail to pass tech will be granted.
DGTrials membership dues are NON-refundable, except if the individual moves more than a 10-hours drive (by Mapquest or other map-software) away from the nearest DGTrials event in that season. A driver-member will receive a full-proration to associate member status. License fees will be refunded with special permission from the regional president.
